Der aye, durust aye, goes a saying in Urdu. It can be understood as all is well that ends well, or something like that. Despite the fact that I browse food blogs almost maniacally, I somehow missed seeing pim's post abt the Menu for hope. Not much harm done , I hope, as I finally did see it at Nupur's blog. Am not a tea drinker, so can't promise another chai hamper. What I can promise is something that is as varied as my own culinary experience . I haven't really thought this out as yet, but the hamper would include biscotti, a savory my mom makes, and the other components would be a surprise. And since I am based in Japan currently, I would be including some cookies that I've come across here and are really good.
Bilbo's surprise, as I am calling it would be embodying the philosophy of vasudhaiv kutumbakam ( the whole world- one family).
The rest of the family can contribute too. Here's how
Vist the menu to see whats on offer and choose what you'd like to win.
And then donate here.
The winners of the raffle get the prize of their choice
The other winners get the feel good feeling of having given . So, the whole family wins :)
