Henley on Thames

says the post card I saw sitting in my mailbox , yesterday evening. This after I'd read a few posts from bloggers in receipt of their postcards. The excitement was getting to me.

The moment I saw the postcard, I knew the wait was worth it. And I burst out laughing when I saw the note attached to the postcard. It was from my dorm office and it said, " Due to the incomplete address, the post office could not deliever this mail to you directly." I remembered having seen the postcard when it was blogged about prior to being sent and I remembered the sender mentioning an indecipherable scrawl.

And after having laughed , I got into "boy oh boy" mode. You see, the post card is from Andrew of www.spittoon.biz

I first came across him when I uploaded a few of my pics at flickr. He always had some helpful comments and cropping suggestions to send my way. And I guess thats when I decided to go for a better camera and brush up the photoshop skills. Still to go for photoshop but got the camera recently.

Thanks, once again Meeta, for hosting this swap. It was fun to pick out the postcards and send them over and it was even more fun waiting for and then getting one.
